VKs owner would be Russia based online behemoth Mail.Ru Groupwhich also owns other popular Russian Internet,social media andmessaging networkssites plus online games.
Remember: The Russian and much of the Slavicworld uses Cyrillic rather than western writing script meaning they have their own Internet sites.
