On Wednesday, our Under the Radar Moversnewsletter suggested small cap energy technology stock Tesco Corporation (NASDAQ: TESO):

We’ve had to zoom way out on the chart of Tesco, just to illustrate what’s going on here in the bigger picture. As you can see, TESO shares are working their way out of a major setback from 2015. Over the course of 2016 we saw a string of higher lows as the stock did its best to stop the bleeding and lay the groundwork for a recovery move. It’s only been within the last few weeks, however, we started to see TESO test the waters of higher highs

This is one of those trades that we’re taking on as a short-term position, but knowing full well it could turn into a long-term holding. There’s a ton of room to recover here. Tesco was trading above $20.00 in late-2014.
